AUTUMN HISTORIC HOME TOUR

The Oxnard Autumn Historic Home Tour is an annual event that provides many opportunities to both the residents of Oxnard and those who do not have the privilege of living in this neighborhood.

The home tour promotes our neighborhood through the advertising both at local establishments and in the media. The positive attention that comes from the tour only helps to alert the public to what a desirable area downtown Oxnard is and has brought many new residents to our district. The participating homeowners are given an entire day of praise and pats on the back for all their hard work and love that they have poured into their homes. Additionally, the monies raised from this event enable our community to pursue neighborhood improvements including but not limited to landscaping, community wide activities, the OHD web site, as well as subsequent Home Tours. Clearly, the Oxnard Autumn Home Tour is a winwin situation for all.
